The Executive Longevity Benefit™
The first structured corporate benefit purpose-built for longevity and regenerative medicine. Tax-advantaged. ERISA-compliant. Set up in one business day.
A new category of executive benefit.
The Executive Longevity Benefit™ is a nonqualified, unfunded benefit plan structured under the ERISA Top Hat exemption. It allows companies to sponsor access to advanced longevity medicine for their leadership teams: outside of traditional health insurance, outside of traditional HR systems, and outside of traditional complexity.
It is company-paid, which means executives access world-class longevity care without paying out of pocket. It is tax-advantaged, which means the company may deduct the cost as compensation. And it is structured for compliance from day one, with full documentation, ERISA-appropriate classification, and IRS §213(d) alignment where applicable.
Traditional executive health benefits miss the most important things.
Your top executives carry an enormous proportion of your organization’s total value: in relationships, judgment, institutional knowledge, and leadership continuity. They run at the highest stress levels in the organization, with the least time to manage their own health, and access to a healthcare system designed for average patients.
The best longevity medicine in the world, the kind that detects cancer years before a routine scan would catch it, identifies cardiovascular risk before a cardiac event, and uses regenerative therapies to address metabolic disease, is not accessible through standard group health insurance. It has been available only to individuals who could pay tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars out of pocket.
The Executive Longevity Benefit™ changes that equation. It makes world-class longevity care company-sponsored, tax-advantaged, and available as a structured corporate benefit at any investment level your organization chooses.
The ERISA Top Hat structure, in plain language.
The Executive Longevity Benefit™ is structured as an unfunded, nonqualified deferred compensation plan under the ERISA Top Hat exemption. In practical terms: it is a legal, well-established benefit structure designed specifically for executive-level programs that operate outside of group health insurance.
It does not require a Form 5500 filing, a trust, or insurance carrier involvement. It is not subject to ERISA’s substantive requirements. Legal review is straightforward, because most ERISA counsel has seen this structure many times.
Tax considerations.
The company sponsors the benefit, which may be deductible as a compensation expense. Where reimbursed services qualify as medical expenses under IRS §213(d), additional tax efficiencies may apply at the executive level. Healthcare Revolution provides compliant documentation for all reimbursed services, making tax treatment clear and defensible.
We are not a tax advisor, and we recommend all employers have their tax advisors review the structure, which typically takes less than an hour.
What implementation actually looks like.
Setup takes one business day. None of the complexity lands on your desk: the platform handles the ERISA structure, tax documentation, clinic coordination, and payment management automatically.

Not a perk. A risk management strategy.
The executive team at any organization carries an enormous proportion of its total value: in relationships, judgment, institutional knowledge, and decision-making capacity. A single catastrophic health event at the C-suite level can cost many times the annual cost of this benefit in lost performance, leadership transition, and organizational disruption.
The Executive Longevity Benefit™ is a risk management strategy for the most valuable people in your organization, structured as a benefit that also helps attract and retain them.
